Let your followers ride behind you. Instead of having them run behind you or buying an expensive second horse, you can share one.

If you download version 0.4a (August 21-22), you will experience a crash when launching the game

This mod lets your followers ride behind the saddle with you. That's it.

Once installed, you will receive a steed that can be given to your followers. When you do this, they will sit behind you as you rack. (They don’t have to actually wear millionaires)

Your followers will dismount with you. If you teleport to a city, followers will appear (without horses of course). When you draw your weapon, your followers will also dismount. a few seconds later

Sheath your weapons and they will remount.

You can craft more Horse Prizes for your minions in the Crucible.

This mod pulls a few nasty dirty tricks to make this work. This is still an older release and you may encounter some weird glitches while riding, but nothing that will break or crash your game. The main known issues are:

Fix: Keep it tight and ride only a little.

If you use AFT and your followers use the gear management option, add

to their default equipment instead of the backpack.

Install

Let your mod manager handle the installation, or unzip the package into your game's data folder

The order in which this mod is loaded does not matter. (If you use LOOT to manage the loading order of your mods, run this now)

compatibility

This mod is incompatible with any followers that have their own horses, or with mods such as convenience horses that provide horses for followers. If you have a follower, you can safely install this mod, just be careful who you grant the Horse Seal to.

Anna NPC: If you want one of Anna's followers to accompany you, make sure to disable her summoned horse in the Anna NPC's MCM menu. You can do this for each follower individually.

Handy Horses: Only give medals to followers that you don't already have horses for. If they already have a horse, they need to kill it before awarding the medal (don't disable it in the console).

After installing, you will be given a Horse Medaillion which you can give to your follower.  When you do so, they will sit behind you when you mount up. (They don't have to actually wear the medaillion)

Your follower will dismount together with you. If you teleport into a city, the follower comes along (without the horse of course). Your follower will also dismount when you draw your weapon. A few seconds after you

sheathe the weapon, they will remount.

You can craft more Horse Medaillions for your followers at the forge.

Issues
