If you accept or complete Septimus Signus' quest "Discerning the Supernatural," Hermeaus Mora will send a special courier directly from Apocrypha to find you, taking with him a package containing your player gear. Accept his gifts and open boxes in your inventory to receive items, as well as the ability to craft a mug at the smelter.

Q: I accepted/completed Signus' quest, but the courier didn't show up.

A: The speed at which the courier appears depends on your current location. If he gets stuck, he will eventually teleport directly to you. Waiting/sleeping will not make him appear faster; however, fast traveling will.

Q: I have headphones equipped but I don't hear the Dew Mountain shout.

A: First, you must unlock and equip the Relentless Force. If it still doesn't show up, try unequiping and re-equipping the headset.

Q: I uninstalled the mod and now my Heartless Power shouts are gone.

A: Unequip the headset before uninstalling, otherwise this may happen.

Q: My character is muted when using Mountain Dew Call.

A: Custom "Fus Roh Dew" voice lines only work with standard vanilla player voices for all races. Some voice replacer mods may not have any audio for shouting.

Q: I can't attack after using the mouse staff!

A: If you switch directly to another weapon or shield, dual-casting two mouse staffs may cause the attack animation of one or both of your hands to break. You can only get an employee the normal way anyway, so you'll only encounter this error if you're cheating (you're not a very professional gamer). To fix, simply re-equip the staff in the tapped hand and un-equip it again. This error may also occur if you uninstall/disable the mod while staff is equipped, so make sure to unequip before doing so.

Q: Is the Animated Armory plugin for DAR or the scripted version of AA?

A: It was made and tested with the script version, but it should work with the DAR version as well. Unless otherwise stated, all assets included in this mod are origina …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
