About this mod Machine translation
Receive notifications whenever your relationship ranking with an NPC changes.
This is a little utility I made for myself and I'm sharing it in case anyone finds it useful. Basically, you will receive a notification every time the Dragonborn's relationship with any NPC changes. That's it, no impact on gameplay. Might be useful if you're role-playing a Dovahkiin with high emotional intelligence. This is an ESP with the ESL flag, so it won't count against the plugin limit.
warn
Before going into a more detailed description, I would like to emphasize that I am a beginner at modding and this is my first mod ever. I tested it on clusterfuck with the loading command (565 plugins) and it didn't cause me any trouble, but I can't guarantee anything. If you want to test it, back up your save.
more details
There is no script running continuously in the background, only a small script that is activated when the OnStoryRelationshipChange event fires. Whether it's triggered by a console command, a certain mod, or a completed quest. You'll see a notification of the following form:
<NPC name> is now my <relationship level>!
If your previous relationship with the NPC was of a lower level, the notification will be preceded by a + sign (otherwise it will be a - sign).

compatibility
So far I haven't found any incompatibilities. Incompatibilities may occur if another mod changes the event node in the "Relationship Level Change" node in the Story Manager. The quest node added by my plugin does not consume the event - it propagates further, but if the record is overwritten by another plugin, then in the worst case my script will never fire. Finding conflicts in xEdit is easy, my script doesn't modify any original assets or anything like that.
Game testing
If you want to check out the game right after installation, try changing the relationship level of some random NPCs using console commands.
You should probably save first.
Open the console with ~ key.
Click on an NPC to locate it in the console.
Enter the command: setrelationshiprank player <number, from -4 to 4, see link above>. If you want to check the current ranking before changing anything, use the command getrelationshiprank player.
Close the console and you should see the notification immediately.
Uninstall?
Technically you shouldn't use a script to uninstall the mod during playback, but my script doesn't run continuously in the background and the mod itself is non-intrusive. Therefore, there may be no consequences.
I know this is a long description of a very unimportant little mod, but this is the first time I've ever posted something like this.

More details
There are no scripts running constantly in the background, there is only one small script activated when the OnStoryRelationshipChange event fires. Doesn't matter if it's triggered by a console command, some kind of mod or a completed quest. You'll see a notification in this form:
<NPC name> is now my <relationship rank>!
If your previous relationship rank with this NPC was lower, the notification will be preceded by a + sign (- sign if otherwise).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
