The purpose of this mod is to greatly enhance the visuals of enchantment and alchemy tables commonly found throughout Skyrim. The charming table grid is a modified version of SMIM, where I removed the candle wax and added some glow maps. Credit to SMIM again can be credited to me retexturing the candles and then making the Karstaag skull look better to SMIM in place of the troll skull. The main files for the Alchemy Lab come exclusively from Revamped Assets Skyrim's Alchemy Lab, which is very different in appearance. I've also included an optional file for anyone not using Revamped Assets Skyrim Alchemy Lab, although I highly recommend that you do. ——————————————————————————————————————————————————
This mod aims to drastically enhance the visuals of the enchanting and alchemy tables commonly seen throughout Skyrim. The enchanting table mesh is a modified version of SMIM's, where I've removed the candle wax and added some glow maps. Credits go to SMIM again for the candles I retextured and then I made the Karstaag skull look better that SMIM uses in place of the troll skull. The main file for the alchemy lab is specifically for the alchemy lab from Revamped Assets Skyrim, which makes a huge difference in it's appearance. I've also included an optional file for anybody not using the Revamped Assets Skyrim alchemy lab, though I highly suggest that you do.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
