Just some simple racemenu presets.

I love doing characters enough that I get to know the character and can never choose which character to play, and I have a hard time choosing one (I know...). So I realized that instead of hoarding a bunch of unused characters for girls (which sounds terrible), I wanted them to be available for other people to play with and hopefully enjoy.

I play the game in third person and I love looking at my character, so it was important to me to have a character that was pleasing to look at but didn't impact immersion too much. I believe there is a distinct lack of available racemenu presets that look pretty, yes, but also somewhat realistic, and not everyone wants to spend two hours in Racemenu tweaking a porn star or waifu to make it visible. (No offense to those people, to each his own!). That said, change hairstyles, colors, tattoos, and more and turn them into something that floats your boat!

Hard requirements: Racemenu, KS Hairdos. If you want best results, use Salt and Wind textures for KS.

If you want your girl to look like mine in the screenshots, you will need at least one of these eye mods (I can't remember whose eyes belong to which mod).

beautiful eyes

cara's eyes

eye of sky

Use it for eye reflections and better looking eyes in general: Eye Normal Map Fix, Suemer SSE

You will need the skin texture mod. I use Pride of Valhalla. I also highly recommend eyebrow and Northborn Scars.

Finally, apply the textured overlay. Used in these presets are: Rutah's Tattoo, CFO Override 1 and 2, Skin Features Override, Shep's Tattoo

These photos were taken using Cathedral Weather and Silent Horizon ENB or NAT and Prismatic 2.0. My girl uses a custom CBBE body, but it doesn't matter what body she uses.

YMMV, depending on the weather and borders/shading you're in. Each time you change one of these, you'll need to adjust the preset to account for lighting differences. If you try to use presets for other races - good luck! All bets are off, but you might get some interesting results. This is my first mod, so if there's anything weird please let me know and I'll try to fix it. Here's the girl, there's a little background that can help or hinder your decision. Keep in mind that these are presets only, not standalone minions (yet) - instructions are for fun purposes only. When making them I always end up creating a story for them because their history and personality should shine through in their faces.

Helvetia: A Breton mage who was dragged into Skyrim through her father's business and never left. Once you get to know her, she's snarky, mysterious, and has a great sense of humor (don't expect her to explain the joke, though).

Justinia: Empire. She was born into an upper-class family. She likes reading but hates reading. She's skeptical, a little shy, and has a pretty good bow. She's a great listener, but really just because she hates talking about herself.

Amalexia: Nord-Bosmer (uses the Nord race). She is kind and patient, which of course is necessary for a magician. She has only recently grown fond of her small ears, which she inherited from her mother. Her favorite hobby at school was turning kids who teased those ears into moles - her patience could only last so long.

Undrat: Orc. Undrat was raised in a traditional orc clan, but always had experiences of independence and questioning the authority of the blind. She is gentle and easy-going, preferring intense conversations to impulsive battles. However, she can still swing a sword with the best of them and surprise her opponents with some devastating magic.

Evangeline: Altmer. Evangeline has a bad temper, an understated manner, and a realistic interpretation of the world. She jokes that she can't make jokes, but that's only because she either believes them when they're being sarcastic or just doesn't think they're funny. Introverted at heart, she really prefers to drink alone and observe the world around her without making any …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
