This mod changes the Traitor's position to the Immigration Office after clearing. The continuation of refugee rest mode!
1733/5000 Skyrim Reality Conquest All-in-One Pack
Once you defeat the bandits at Traitor's Post, the location changes to an immigration office called Refugees' Respite. A continuation of the previous issue: Refugee’s Rest. Immigration from Morrowind will now be controlled by the control faction.
After its clearance, the Traitor Outpost was renamed the Refugee Shelter. It contains external protection and a completely reconstructed immigration office, where refugees were registered. Guards will also begin patrolling the roads once the refugee camp is cleared.
Knowledge
Due to the unrest in Morrowind, many refugees are still crossing the border. Jarl of Eastmarch decided it was time to take further control of the situation and ordered the establishment of an immigration office. The road from Morrowind to the city of Windhelm is now watched day and night as every immigrant needs to register themselves first. These immigrants will need to fill out forms to facilitate observation.
Most immigrants are allowed into Skyrim, but some are denied entry or even blocked. Not always for the right reasons.
Author's Note
I'm trying to use the Fort Takeovers mod to make light changes to forts and such places to make them more immersive.
So far I haven't really done an overhaul, but once I have a lot of work done I may start working on a full version. The current version will become the Lite version.
If you have any suggestions for a remodeled location or changes to your current location please contact me, I'd love to hear about it.
Doesn't mean I'll do it, but you'll know.
This module requires Apocrypher00's Fort Takeovers.
Thanks
The Fort Takeovers Framework's Apocrypher00!

I'm trying to make lightweight changes to forts and such places to become more immersive using the Fort Takeovers mod.
As of now I am not really making overhauls, but once I have done quite a few, I might start making Full versions. The current versions would become Lite versions.
If you have any suggestions for locations to makeover, or changes to the current locations, please contact me, I am eager to listen.
Doesn't mean I will do it but you know, we'll see.
This mod NEEDS Fort Takeovers by Apocrypher00.
Thanks to
Apocrypher00 for this Fort Takeovers Framework!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
