Please install this on SSE, we need this! !

-> Agree! Without it, bosses are too weak!

*Ported from Aldrim, formerly Rival Xtreme, or Sex. I think I'm more mature now. I re-ported it when I started over in VR, and while I like the enemy bikes now, like Skyrim, I still found the bosses to be combative to the climate at times.

The purpose of this mode is to make all of the "boss" matches in the game more challenging and feel like a unique encounter. Mighty enemies are no longer looked down upon. Major changes to Dragon Priests and named enemies involve quests. Give extra attention to Daun Guardians and Vampires to make their battles more intense.

The strongest enemies in this mode can deal as much damage as a dragon would inflict in the deadly Dragon Nightmare preset. This is probably the best reference I can provide as a challenge indicator. The most powerful enemies (Miraak/Harkon/Vahlok the Jailor, etc.) start at level 80 (except for the light version), and other enemies start as early as level 10. Almost all enemies will go up to 200 if your character is that high, but they're not just level enemies with boosts (most aren't), but rather do more to add to the challenge and make them unique.

All changes will be recorded here, also please note any time items or spells magic etc. have to be changed, they are added as additional items/effects etc. So you don't have to worry about there being some random NPC who happens to have the same spells or magic as these 'boss' NPCs. This also largely makes it compatible with other mods that edit similar enemies. Finally wins in the loading order. Enemy AI has not been adjusted in this mode.

Enemies above level 4 are designed to still damage you even if you have a lot of resistance. Plan your encounters. I recommend, at least before you decide to install this mod, go through the modifications made to the enemies so you know what you're getting into.

If you use this option in an existing game, some changes will not apply. Some enemies have their level/health/etc set when you first encounter them. You don't need to start a new game, but if you are close to Dragonfly spawning and then install this mod, Miraak will not have the appropriate stat changes. However, he will have additional perks and spells/resistances. (Although his magic may not be high enough to use certain spells)

Dragon Priest

All dragon priests have elemental-based resistances, such as fire being almost completely ineffective against fire-casting priests.

All clerics have a spell damage feat, which is dictated by their "level."

All clerics have damage reduction measures dictated by their "level".

I tried my best to give each priest something unique so that no fight would be the same twice. I'm very happy with the results.

Don't try to fight them without a lot of elemental resistance (unless using light, but some resistance may still be needed), you'd better have some magic resistance as well. Wards work for these guys. Sometimes you just need to completely remove their damage instead of trying to absorb it.

Here is the list and their traits/tiers, if you don't know how to defeat a certain Dragon Priest it might be a good idea to check this list. Hevnorak: Standard 1st level stat increase, Stormwall staff, massive physical damage resistance.

The challenge w/Hevnoraak is that his shock attacks/cloak will constantly put pressure on your Magicka, while his near immunity to physical damage makes him very difficult to damage.

Suggestions: Smash a magic weapon, shout, run away, get summoned, deal damage once even on a magic basis.

Klebsiella Level 1 standard attributes increased, speed greatly increased, freeze wall increased, blizzard increased, staff thrown.

Able to move quickly when he wants to and hard to catch, he is frost based but has a fire crew.

Moroji has a large number of attribute increases at level 3, summons ad …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
