I mean, you know what it is, I don't need to expand on the use any further. Literally just a RaceMenu preset and nothing more.
Let's take a quick look at the requirements.
I should say that regardless of whether you decide to download my presets or not, I recommend downloading every mod mentioned because all of them are awesome.
Obviously there are two hard requirements:
RaceMenu provided by expired6978
Niroku's Expressive Facegen Morphs SE - In my opinion one of the greatest face customization games of all time and absolutely legendary.
While you're at it, it's probably best to install Expressive Facial Animation -SPECIAL EDITION- by the same great Niroku, it's not required at all, but highly recommended.
None of the following are technically required, but they are used in the creation process. Provided you have them all installed, each preset will look exactly like they do in my game (and screenshots).
For each preset:
KS Hairdos update for Kalilies and Stealthic
Bijin Skin by rxkx22 (ported to SE by Shiva182) - Add makeup here
These need no introduction.
I also recommend getting the KS Hairdos-HDT SMP, although it's not used in my presets.
Other soft requirements:
The Witcher 3 Eyes by Oaristys
Beautiful Eyes by LogRaam (ported to SE by docteure)
Maevan2's eyebrows by Maevan2 (ported to SE by Shiva182)
Hvergelmir's eyebrows (transplanted to SE by Ithot)
HelloSanta’s SG Women’s Eyebrows (Transplanted to SE by Senturos)
DomainWolf skin feature overlay
If you plan to use only certain presets, additional requirements corresponding to each preset (named according to the screenshot):
Arine - Witcher 3 eyes, eyebrows for Maevan2, skin feature overlays
Catherine-Wizard 3 eyes, Maevan2 eyebrows
Celine - The Witcher 3 Eyes, Maevan2 eyebrows, skin feature overlays
Delilah - Witcher 3 eyes, eyebrows, skin feature overlays
Felicia - Beautiful Eyes, SG Women's Brows, Skin Feature Coverage
Grace - beautiful eyes, eyebrows, skin feature overlays
Isabella - Witcher 3 eyes, eyebrows, skin feature overlays
Jessica - Witcher 3 eyes, Maevan2 eyebrows
Karen-Witcher 3 eyes, Maevan2 eyebrows
Lilith - Witcher 3 eyes, eyebrows, skin feature overlays
Maria - beautiful eyes, eyebrows by Maevan2
Nora - Beautiful Eyes, SG Women's Eyebrows
Olga - beautiful eyes, eyebrows by Maevan2, skin feature overlays
Pamela - Beautiful Eyes, SG Women's Brows
Rachael-Wizard 3 eyes, SG female eyebrows
Roberta - Witcher 3 eyes, Maevan2 eyebrows, skin feature overlays
Serena - The Witcher 3 Eyes, Maevan2's Eyebrows, Skin Feature Overlays
Tiana - The Witcher 3 eyes, Maevan2 eyebrows, skin feature overlays
Triss - Beautiful Eyes, SG Women's Brows, Skin Feature Coverage
Vicky - Beautiful Eyes, SG Women's Brows
Zoe - beautiful eyes, eyebrows by Maevan2, skin feature overlays
By the way, it doesn't matter how the preset file is called, it's mainly for navigation reasons. You can rename the file with any name you want, and the character name obviously depends on what you enter when asked after closing the Character Creation Menu.
Of course, you can make any adjustments you like.

Let's just scour through the requirements real quick.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
