I've been researching mods online for years, but I'd never come across one that would add tears to a character's face, so I made my own. There are 4 different tear modes to choose from. They are located in the "Makeup" section of Racemenu.
The following example has black tears for visibility.
Mode 1: Standard
Mode 2: Left Tear
Mode 3: Double Tears
Mode 4: Immersive disrupted chaos
Works for men too! You can also repaint the tears to any color you want! For example:
Immersive and subtle:
bloody tears:
This is my first mod, btw. Let me know if there are any questions.

LE Version Here
I've been looking into mods for years, but I've never come across one that adds tears to a character's face, so I made my own. There are 4 different tears patterns to choose from. They are located in the Makeup section of Racemenu.
For sake of visibility, the following examples have black tears.
Pattern 1: Standard
Pattern 2: Single left tear
Pattern 3: Double tears
Pattern 4: Immersive Blubbering Mess
Works on males as well! You can also recolor the tears in any color you want! For example:
Immersive and subtle:
Bloody Tears:
This is my first mod, BTW. Let me know if there are any problems.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
