background

This MOD started out of love for Tianshuang, but most people don't like its main quest. The goal of this mod is to help you explore Skyfrost in a new way, leveling up and acquiring your favorite skills and gear at your own pace, without having to do any of the main quests or almost any of the vanilla quests. More details can be seen here.

MOD Introduction

Twenty-seven missions, all voiced, featuring new characters, locations, dragon roars, spells, armor, weapons and companions. Mission summaries, details and gameplay videos can be found here.

This MOD can be installed in new games or existing saves. If you do everything once, you'll get 10 to 15 hours of gameplay, but if you want more, many missions are repeatable to explore new locations. It has been tested and played for over 40 hours with no duplicate locations.

The storytelling aspect is similar in style to the mods "Fusion City Rising" and "Outcasts & Remnants" from "Fallout 4" (same team), and features several of the same voice actors.

Plot summary

Big quests include planning to eliminate the Thalmor, imprisoning the Thieves' Guild, fighting against the Empire's gold counterfeiting, breaking the Daedric Curse, paving the way for a new Emperor of Tamriel, and obtaining custom weapons, spells, roars, and clothing.

Companions in the mod also have repeatable missions for you, allowing you to:

-Hunt and kill bounty targets

• Trade drugs and kill rival drug dealers
• Torturing Maven, Blackthorn and the Thieves Guild (I’m so excited)
• Find new power characters
• Find the skill book
• Get enchanted weapons, armor and other stuff
• Recover stolen loot
• Discover places you haven’t been yet

Repeatable missions designed to help you explore Skyfrost, but with more action and less talk. For example, if you want to find a power character, don't go to the Monastery of Howls, look for Irongar, listen to him speak, then visit the location again, and then repeat. Now your companions can act as quest givers and give you rewards. Instead of constant back and forth, a companion can immediately offer you a new quest if you want it (rather than forcing it on you).

Companions who can give tasks

• Aurelia (Aurelia): Female mage bounty hunter, voiced. She gives you tasks to track and kill bounty targets, find characters of power, find skill books, and obtain enchanted weapons and armor. She also has a private task, the reward is to let you control her clothes and allow you to use her bed.

Aurelia can heal you and your companions in combat, cure you of diseases, train your destruction spells to level 100, and she is a wealthy merchant who can buy and sell items.

• Jesse: A 9-year-old male drug dealer (yes, 9 years old.), with dubbing. After his parents were killed by Skuma drug dealers, the demon Sangean felt sorry for him and made Jesse the representative of him. Jesse's mission is to rid Skyfrost of Skooma and replace it with a non-toxic party drug. It's the same voice actor as Peter from Fusion City Rising.

In addition to giving several of the mod's main quests, Jesse also provides repeatable quests to get Skooma off the streets, kill Skooma's drug dealer/cook, and develop a new non-addictive party drug called Aurora, which you can earn some money from selling to Skyfrost citizens. He can also act as a merchant to buy your loot, train you in alchemy to level 100, and use the Swordsman's fighting style.
