Quaint Residency

A quaint house south west of Rorikstead with a Dunmer theme, a small 'farm' and great views. Space for the player, spouse and one follower outside. Can be used on any dunmer/other, but is more suitable for Undriel's "Teldryn Serious" quest

All required DLC ("Hearthfire", "Dragon Fetus", "Dawn Defender")

The theme is mainly a "young couple moving to the sky" style home. "Bigger than my others"; maybe comparable to Quaint Lodge, but only has a follower bed. South-west of Rorikstead, just heading towards the top of the hill.

Originally, Quaint Lair was planning to "release" it, but I started playing the wonderful Teldryn Seriously by Undriel (Seriously (lol) it's so good!), as well as their Seriously Wedding, and realized I didn't have it. I don't have a house that would suit my mod, and the one I've almost considered is actually already used by the character's half-sister.

So I started looking into this :p, if you're still playing/have the same Teldryn mod, I guess you just... ignored the journal? (Because otherwise, in your universe, *you* are the one who married Tedley, after all) ((disclaimer I'm not married, so I don't know if her love for him in the magazine is reality or not))

*Sadly it doesn't work with the Hedge Mage Armor as I believe it would completely change the same hex? *

*May also include sabotage missions for Teldryn missions; no mention of armored mudcrackers, and... Rorickstead's suspicions?

Inside:

• Comprehensive navigation for followers

-The extra key is on the left shelf of the door as you enter and does not respawn

-Many containers for safe storage

-Charming, Alchemy, Cooking and Baking Ovens

• Several weapon plaques, some dagger displays and shield plaques, several larger display cases for staff

-Double bed for you/spouse (requires some kind of follower mod/AFT or MHiYH or something)

• Various ingredients and items, some will regenerate and some are not suitable for soaking

-Three bookshelves

-Mara, Nightwalk, Mephala, Portia and Azura Shrines

-The emptiness of the entourage

• Unique wedding garland, please do not regenerate

-The keys are on the table at the back (pictured)

-Grind wheel, workbench, tanning stand, forge, smelter, wood carving block

-Forged entourage sheets

• Chest and backpack store safely

Garden flowers, mushrooms and some "edible" plants

-beautiful scenery

-A large number of followers are idle

-Also features two dragon landing spots! Because, you want to immerse yourself in it.

No fireplace planters or beds for kids, no

Spider maker, no staff enchantment,...hopefully don't forget anything
