98/5000 Raven Rock Overhaul, ESP only. Very friendly, interesting new features and details.
ESP-only town overhaul - truly transformed by you.
Legendary Edition - XB1 - PS4 (Coming Soon)
Originally an Imperial settlement and mining center, Raven Rock is now home to Dunmer refugees.
These extravagant people pride themselves on perseverance and hard work, despite what is happening in their home countries.
It was my commitment to giving character to a bleak town contending with ash storms and unstable volcanic eruptions.
The link provided in the description will take you to the relevant wiki page to explain how my design choices are based on existing knowledge.

new interior design
Serali's Scriptorium - On the edge of town lives Serali Verendas, librarian, magician and lighthouse keeper. She does her best to stop the cultists, collect their masks, and keep busy by transcribing tomes and scrolls. Her shop is for anyone looking for supplies of knowledge and magic.
Abandoned Fisheries - Crow Rock was once a skilled fishing village years ago, but its water is now polluted and unsuitable for such a business. Local anglers simply left the place alone, but rumors circulated that there was more than just dust and spoiled meat in it.
Snow Prince Sanctuary - This place was accidentally excavated by Ralis Sedarys' rival archaeologist Veron Sadri. Once a shrine to fallen heroes, it is now a safe haven for outcasts. The local fencer, Varda, has ties to the Thieves' Guild and is trying to steal more than just Grover's heart.
The Lighthouse - When Master Neloth set foot on Solstheim, his intention to preserve Dunmer culture prompted him to rekindle this beacon, burning with the ever-burning Daedric flame. It is said that those brave enough to enter its core will experience a vast increase in their magical powers.

All my other mods are compatible if you don't close the Bulwark door - otherwise people won't get through!
Severin Manor remains unchanged for compatibility reasons, it is the only building without windows

Warning: Hype Danger
I've been modding since 2014: learning Creation Kit on my own, making and destroying things through tenacity and iteration has really made me a better creator... but I joined a team in January that I know will rarely surprise me with their awesome skills. My creative side feels at home there and I've grown so much just by working for Lordbound. It's an honor …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
