quaint nest
The quaint "farm" of Rift just north of the dilapidated houses of Red Waterhole/northwest of Rift. For the vampire player; there are crops, goats, a few chickens, two followers' beds (Thalls), a double bed for the player and spouse (or a vampire coffin for the player) and friendly hunting dogs that will kind of... wander around, which might be helpful if there are enemy nearbs

About this mod Machine translation
The quaint "farm" of Rift just north of the dilapidated houses of Red Waterhole/northwest of Rift. For the vampire player; there are crops, goats, a few chickens, two followers' beds (Thalls), a double bed for the player and spouse (or a vampire coffin for the player) and friendly hunting dogs that will kind of... wander around, which might be helpful if there are enemy nearbs
All required DLC (Hearthfire, Dragon Fetus, Dawnguard)
The Quaint Lair is northwest of Rift, just north of the Red Puddle/Abandoned House.
Inside:
-Another extra key just in case you need (don't respawn) your spouse at the table.
-Many containers for secure storage (they should all be secure and set up to not respawn, regardless of whether they contain stuff)
-Charming, Alchemy, Cooking, Armored Workbench, Anvil and Grinding Wheel
- Tons of weapon plaques, four shield displays, two dagger displays, and a pair of weapon rack display cases (for some reason the staff didn't like these plaques, so the large display cases were relegated to being used as personnel because they just worked; unfortunately they all seem to be the same in all the housemods I've been looking at)
-A double bed for you and your spouse (requires some sort of follower mod/AFT or MHiYH or something) and a vampire coffin for you if needed
-Two follower beds (requires follower mod)
- Various ingredients and items, some will regenerate and some are not suitable for soaking
-Two bookshelves
-If you say "better vampires" you should be able to keep the area for Thrall or "Cow" somehow, I set the door to not be used in the sandbox so hopefully they will stay there and... just stand there like they are hypnotized, lol. immersion?
-Yakou Shrine
-There are a lot of idle followers
- Thrall's diary, a draft of a letter and a very long Vampire Diary (literally 31 game pages!!) for you to immerse yourself in. (I just had an idea and went with it. No, Senril isn't a very good vampire. He's just not a bat like you know and actually likes some kind of cleanliness) ** There's some sort of "spoiler" for the Dawnguard quest, so if you don't want to know, maybe start it/"make a choice" and then find the house - but if you're a vampire hunter, I'm just not sure Fang will like you... maybe he will, maybe he won't) **The Vampire Diaries does bring out some of the tricks of Speechcraft**
outside:
-The key to the door is on the ground, just in front of the red pebbles next to the steps-
-Tanning rack
-a thing for grinding grains
-Woodcut
small pond and some fish
- "Stable" Lema District
-North...east? There is moonstone ore that can be mined on the hill on the edge of the "hill/cliff" behind the house.
-Lots of crops. I mean, for a farm the size of Skyrim. I would say there are more herb farms here than most.
-Beautiful scenery and stunning views
-A bunch of idle people for followers
- "Hide"...is that okay? Overhang? Where there are vigilant skeletons (screenshot in the picture). A pharmacist's bag is not safe for storage! I believe in and reborn the random component.
- Several dragon landing spots, just in case, for immersion
-Four chickens and a goat, they shouldn't die or anything/should be safe
-Fang, the stray hunting dog of the previous owner. There's no way to make him a follower, despite following some guidelines and such, so he's just... friendly and won't attack you. But he's indispensable, so... don't attack him? However, if he is around and the enemy follows you, he may help you fight. Since you are technically his "ally". good. Not sure if you're a vampire hunter, but sure. :P
There are no fireplace planters or beds for children, no mannequins, smelters, enchanters, spider-making machines, craft ovens.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
