At Quaint Cabin north of Riften, go through the woods to join the easternmost road to Eastmarch/Hot Springs and turn left. A Stormcloak/Anti-Illusion themed variety. Spouse's bed, with a bed outside for followers. The view is wide and overlooks one of Longling.

2139/5000 All required DLC (Hearthfire, Dragon Fetus, Dawnguard)

Quaint Cabin is located to the north of Riften, between Eastmarch and The Rift, through the forest, then turn left and continue along a main road (the easternmost point). You should see it on the map.

Inside:

-Many containers for secure storage (they *all* should be secure and set up to not respawn regardless of whether they have stuff to start with)

-Charming, Alchemy, Cooking

• some weapon plaques, dagger displays and a couple of weapon rack display cases, (for some reason the staff didn't like these plaques, so the large display cases were made available to the staff as they could only be used for work; unfortunately this is the same in all the housemods I've been working on)

Mate Bed (requires some sort of AFT/MFT or follower mod like MHiYH)

• Various ingredients and items, some will regenerate and some are not suitable for soaking

-a bookshelf

-Some shrines

• Some followers idle and very little "bar"/counter area to hang out

-Extra keys, no respawn

outside:

Note also tells us that the key to the house is in front of the "stable" woodcut

Armored workbench, tanning stand, anvil, sharpening wheel, another cooking pot, wood carving

Both backpacks and cases can be safely stored.

Lots of mushrooms to choose from

• Beautiful views with a balcony where you and your spouse can enjoy, something romantic to say good night to, or just gaze at

-A tent with sheets (requires follower management module)

-A large number of followers are idle

• "Secret" Talos Shrine with notes and bookshelf etc.

There are no hearth planters or beds for the kids, no enchanting machines or spider machines for the staff, no mannequins, no smelters, no ovens.
