Quail Calling Manor

This is a Legend Edition port, brought to SSE with permission from its creator, Whitemorn. This is his job, alone. I'm excited to bring his mods to SEE and soon to Xbox.

Located south of Dragon Bridge in Reach territory,

There stands a towering castle known as Quail Call Manor.

Balimund, the blacksmith of Riften, has inherited the Quail Call from his parents, but is too far removed from his enjoyment, so after you save your business by finding the ten salts needed to revive his forge, he grants you permission to take action and gift the property to your own.

Mod Facts: Quail Call Manor is my fifth player home mod.

I've used the mod in game with 6 followers and tested everything and it seems to be working fine. I've learned enough about the mod and cleaned it up using TESS5Edit.

There are enough beds for 9 entourages, one of which can accommodate your housecarl.

Mod Features: This mod contains everything you need to start or continue playing, including a complete crafting and forging area, as well as custom-designed storage shelves and containers. The large room has 6 weapon racks and 4 mannequins, as well as an archery practice platform where you can fire arrows from the castle's attic. In the "Dovah Chamber" you will find the Quail Call Safe, which includes a few items that make playing with this mod easier, but you must find the key in the area to open it. (See spoilers in image file). The key to the main building from the outside is hidden on the floor not far from the door.

It also has a working bathroom shower and toilet for those gamers who really want to immerse themselves in the game lol!

This mod (if you watch the video) is a castle, but it's not bulky enough to put a strain on game performance.

I provide you and your followers with a gorgeous cave with a beautiful pond for you and your followers to swim.

There are no quests or NPCs in this mod, so there isn't too much scripting to inhibit game performance.

There are 3 units used in this mod, but only one plugin.

Installation: Install using the Mod Manager or install manually by placing the addon file (.esp) into the Skyrim Data folder.

The new version 2.0 has an "auto stripe" feature for ponds and showers.

Only on NPCs, this feature does not work with Dragonborn.

Conflict: Not known to me, but any mods that are in the same game unit will have issues.

Requirements: This mod does not require DLC, but you should have the latest version of the game.
