Psijic dress

Added a set of Psijic robes, obtainable after reaching Arch-Mage status.

Adds a set of Psijic robes for players after the main Mages Guild storyline is completed.

If you completed the Mages Guild storyline before installing, the set will still spawn. Just make sure you're not in Arch-Mage's dormitory. Even if you are, just exit and re-enter and the robe will spawn.

You can find this set on the Arch-Mage bed.

The statistics are as follows:

Psijic Robe: Reduces the cost of all spells by <30% when casting, increases mana by <200> points, and increases the rate of mana regeneration by <275>.

Psijic Hood: Increases Magicka <100>, <15>% magic resistance, and grants Waterbreathing.

Psijic Gloves: Increases Magicka by <100> points and increases Magicka regeneration speed by 25%.

Psijic Boots: Increases magic by <100> points and magic resistance by <15%.

Gamwich has Psijic Robes' textures in his Rustic Clothing (there's a 2k version in these screens).
