This is a port of goatk's Proudspire Manor TNF Special Edition. This is my favorite TNF home - I made this myself and thought maybe others could use it too. If you need a version that can sleep 6 children, go here. I did the following conversion:

Clean esp with SSEedit and convert to Form 44

Mesh converted to SE format

Fixed potion rack script error

Added automatic undressing to bathing area (npcs only - you have to undress yourself)

The mod contains two files, an esp and a bsa archive. I recommend using NMM for installation. If you install manually, these two files go into the game data folder and then must be activated (I assume you have other mods installed before). Will affect any mod that affects Proudspire. For the indoor lighting module, you need to remove any edits to Block 8, Sub-block 7, Form ID 00016A06. Join others in trying to adjust the load order and move this mod last.

About the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (USSEP) - The patch corrects a missing cooking pot, but this mod includes a slightly different position so they end up on top of each other. There is a separate version of the mod in the download that solves this problem, it requires USSEP to run.

The mod seems to be working fine for me, even adding it to an existing stash I already purchased and upgraded in my vanilla home. I don't recommend this method, especially if you use another mod. It works for me, but YMMV. Just make sure to empty out any collected items and store them outside your home before installing. Let me know any other questions and I'll see what I can do.
