About this mod Machine translation
This is a mod designed to improve the performance of almost all interiors in Skyrim, while using Occlusion Culling as a clean mod.
This is a performance boosting mode originally released for Oldrim. Seeing that this fantastic mod has not been ported to SSE, I decided to port it myself. Below is the description of the mod taken from the Oldrim page. I have obtained permission from RGabriel15 to port this mod.
This mod was originally intended to improve the performance penalty in certain interior designs when using Realistic Lighting Overhaul (up to version 4.0.6). Originally it was called Occlusion Culling Performance Patch (OCPP) on the RLO page, but then I decided to expand.
I started this new project with the goal of improving the performance of every interior for everyone.
If you are using high demanding mods as Realistic Lighting Overhaul (RLO), Enhanced Lights and FX (ELFX) or ENB then this mod is for you as it will give you some fps boost depending on your hardware. Even if you are not using any of the required mods or are just playing the vanilla game, this mod will improve your performance.
In other words...if you want better free performance in interior design, this mod is a must!
Yes, this mod does not remove anything from the game nor make your graphics look worse. You'll play the game the way it was played, but with improved performance!
This mod consists of the following modules:
[MAIN MODULE] Skyrim Project Optimization - Full Version: Main module including Skyrim and DLC
Since this is SSE you think you have all the DLC
I used a feature called occlusion culling where I placed occlusion planes inside my fingers at certain locations to improve performance.
What these occlusion planes do is de-render parts of cells/objects/NPCs that the player doesn't see, which in most cases are behind walls or on upper/lower floors (occlusions).
Why let the hardware render it when no one can see it, right? !
Occlusion Culling is an old technology used in a lot of games, including Skyrim, so don't worry about any damage to your hardware as it does exactly the opposite:
If there's less stuff being drawn on the screen at the same time, it means your hardware is using less processing power to achieve the same function, and it automatically translates into better performance.
This mod is compatible with any mod out there as long as they don't add occluding planes/cubes inside the same interior of my mod. As far as I know, there is no mod that adds occlusion planes to the game, so this mod is 100% compatible with other mods! This editor has also edited to fully support USSEP.
When my mod adds an object (occlusion plane) to a cell, it can revert other mod changes (like lighting, fog, etc.) to vanilla. Realizing this, I made the plugin a master (.esm). All you need to do is load my mod immediately after the .esm files for the game and DLC and before any mod .esm or .esp. This way you can make sure other mods cover my mod and there are no conflicts.
Correct loading order:
Correct loading order for my mod to load after the main .esm and USSEP.esp files but before Tamriel.esm and other mod's Climates.

IMPORTANT: Occasionally, mods you have recently added to your game will not work. To fix this error, open Launcher after installing the mod, disable the mod and close Launcher. Open the launcher again, enable the mod and put it in the correct loading order. This will fix mo …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
