It achieves all this with minimal performance requirements.
Install
- Download ReShade -
- Install and follow the instructions. No need to download any effects.
- Turn off reforwarding when there is "Installation Successful" (or similar) on the ReShade window title.
- Download -> Unzip -> Place the zip contents in the Skyrim SE main folder (where SkyrimSE.exe is located).
- Run the game, press shift + f2 and select Process2.ini from the dropdown at the top
window.
- Close the conversion window (shift + f2).
- enjoy your meal!

It achieves all this with minimal -if any- hit on performance.
Installation
- Download ReShade -
- Install it and follow the instructions. No need to download any effects.
- Close Reshade when there's "Installation succesfull" (or similar) on ReShade window title.
- Download -> Unzip -> Put zip contents as they are in main Skyrim SE folder (where SkyrimSE.exe is).
- Run the game, press shift + f2 and select Process2.ini from dropdown located on top of
the window.
- Close reshade window (shift+f2).
- Enjoy!
