Practical pirate outfit for Skyrim SE

A functional and stylish garment, complete with male and female characters and with fully weighted slider supports, this device was built in late 2020 as a learning exercise for isolation. Close to a remaster of the Rugged Rogue product, but with lessons learned. Discerning adventurers wear looser, more durable clothing.

If that matters, there is a female variant based on the UNP body, and there are optional CBBE patches and Outfit Studio/Bodyslide files available for download as well.

Created using Marvelous Designer, Modo, Substance Painter, Photoshop and Outfit Studio. (That last one was really useful for bringing content into Skyrim, so a big thank you to everyone involved!)

Install

Use the mod manager or copy the contents of "data" into the Skyrim SE "data" folder and add "practical_pirate.esp" to the plugins list.

ESP files are ESL tagged so they don't take up extra plugin slots in Skyrim SE. In Skyrim VR it ignores the issue but loads normally without issue.

Known errors

The mesh weights aren't perfect, but should be free of the worst clipping etc.

Permissions

You can do whatever you like with these models and textures, as long as you credit me (QuarantineCouture) for the clothing meshes and textures, and dimon99 et al. for the UNP body meshes.
