Save the game using the houses you may have obtained at level 1.

The player is level 1 and has received some houses. I completed some house related tasks

-Honeyside-Riften

Mission: Reaching Out, Raid and Supply and Demand

-Pride Manor-Loneliness

Mission: Crying Wolf and Elisef’s Tribute

-Lakeview Manor-Falkreath

Mission: There is only one "Kill the Bandits" mission

-Windstad Manor - Ethical

Mission: Rest in peace

What about the other houses? there are some reasons

-Breezehome: You need to perform the main mission.

-Vlindrell Hall: Requires completion of level 20 Dungeon Exploration quest

-Hjerim: You need to advance the civil war. Text from UESP: Hjerim can be purchased with Imperial Legion or Stormcloak. After allying with the Stormcloaks, the "Battle of Fort Sungard" must be completed before Jolev sells the house. However, if the Stormcloaks were given as part of Endless Seasons, it may be necessary to free Hjaalmarch before Jarif makes the house available. If the Imperial Legion is chosen as an ally, the Stormcloaks must be defeated before they can be purchased.

and take on the toughest missions in Blood of Skyrim

-Heljarchen Hall: Requires the quests "Dream Night" and "Kill the Giant" (available at level 22)

Notice:

-Complete the "Riften Thane" mission. If you play without the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, you will get a regular enchanted weapon instead of the Riven Blade.

-After completing the mission "Blood on Ice", you can choose to save.

And what happen with the others houses? There are some reasons

• Breezehome: You need to do main missions.

• Vlindrell Hall: Need to do the mission Dungeon Delving available at lvl 20

• Hjerim: You need to advance the civil war. Text from UESP: Hjerim can be purchased having sided with either the Imperial Legion or Stormcloaks. Once allied with the Stormcloaks, the 'Battle For Fort Sungard' quest must be completed before Jorleif will make the house available for sale. However, if Falkreath Hold has been given to the Stormcloaks as part of Season Unending, it may be necessary to liberate Hjaalmarch before Jorleif will make this house available. If the Imperial Legion is chosen as an ally, then the defeat of the Stormcloaks is required before it is available to buy.

And do the most buggy mission from Skyrim Blood on the Ice

• Heljarchen Hall: Need the quests Waking Nightmare and Kill the Giant (available at lvl 22)

Note:

• There is a mission to complete "Riften Thane". If you play without the "Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch" you will recieve a common enchanted weapon instead the "Blade of the Rift".

• There is an optional save with the mission Blood on the Ice completed.
