Player device management
This mod adds a lightweight and easy-to-use way to use multiple costumes of any type for the player. Simply place any item you want into one of the 10 gear slots and easily switch between them with the press of a button (or rather multiple).
However, the best part is that you don’t have to carry everything in your inventory! All clothing you are not currently using is stored in a separate box outside of your inventory. Of course, this means you can't simply access them, but it also means you save a lot of carrying weight (since armor is heavy).
You can also abuse the mod as storage if you want xD
The mod accepts any item from any mod, and it will also retain custom enchantments you place on the armor. It also doesn't run any scripts other than MCM and pressing hotkeys, so it won't affect your performance at all.

Installation is just a matter of placing the files into your data folder or using the mod manager of your choice.

Again, just delete the files that come with this mod. But make sure to remove all items from all costumes first or they may get lost.
how does this work
The mod simply opens a chest (a different one for each outfit) and you can place whatever you want. When a hotkey is pressed or an equip is applied via the MCM, it simply moves all items inside the chest to your inventory and equips them to your player. It remembers all the added items, and when you remove the outfit again (by pressing the same hotkey again or applying another outfit), it moves all those added items back to the chest and out of the inventory. This way, you only have to carry one set of armor with you.
Since you can put any item on the chest, you can not only use it for armor, but also for weapons (no spells, sorry) or anything else you can think of. You can even change the entire loadout of magic items on the fly during combat!
Additionally, by default the mod will not touch any items that are not part of the equipment. Therefore, if your outfit only contains armor, your weapon will not change when you change armor, and all armor parts will not be replaced by items in the outfit (such as jewelry or rings). You can change this behavior in the MCM and have the mod unequip everything that is not part of the equipment.
Additionally, to make setup easier in MCM, you can use the same hotkeys to change and apply clothing. By default, when you hold L-Shift while holding down the hotkey (configurable), you will open the chest directly. You can reverse this behavior in the MCM (so hotkey opens chest, hotkey + modifier = apply gear).

Known bugs/limitations
You cannot put multiples of any item into the outfit, the mod will only move one item. Maybe I can change it in a future version.
I don't know what will happen if you put multiple armor pieces on a piece of clothing that use the same slot. I guess the order in which they equip them is random, and what you get in the end is also random.
As with the previous point, it is currently not possible to add two one-handed weapons as they are both equipped in the right slot. Maybe I can change it in a future version.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
