Just recently I've received a lot of helpful help with my patch on the Skyrim Special Edition Creation Kit and Modders forums:
Diziet's player strips for Skyrim SE
I think it may (or may not) be useful to others if they want to take advantage of all the hard work.
In these two topics, I am particularly grateful to all interviewees:
The origin of my script starts with:
Scripts and files for swimsuit oldrim in the pool;
Here is the work of subtanker and Ac3:
Everything is inspired by:
TNF Modified Player Homes Bathing Area Undressing
In my own mod above, I try to accommodate SKSE64 and MCM menu users as well as non-SKSE64 users. The script here does not have my MCM menu additions. My latest script uses SKSE64 (which makes a difference). This is because the latest version of my script uses the SKSE64 plugin from here:
powerofthree’s Papyrus Extender for SSE
This addon is distributed for free by the author and provides a nice quick way to get a range of equipped items knowing SKSE64's scripts. Go to the authors mod page to get the latest version.
There is the following sample script:
The player and NPC take off their clothes,
NPCs can only take off their clothes
Players only take off their clothes
There is also a spell script that provides NPC undressing functionality, which is basically the same as all such spell scripts currently used by mods, I know nothing about its contents.
There is also a small ESL marker esp with magic effects and spells.
I have released non-SKSE64 versions of the player and Player-plus-NPC scripts, no SKSE64 functions are used in the NPC-only scripts or magiceffect scripts.
To use these scripts, modulators can create a trigger box in their mod and attach one of the strip scripts to it, which spell script is actually a magic effect script created in the Creation Kit and then used to make new spells. Since the strip script needs to be used as a property of the script, it will need to be edited to reflect the names of spells and magic effects if you changed them

in particular I am indebted to all the respondents in these two threads:

this plugin is made freely distributable by the author and provides a nice fast way for SKSE64 aware scripts to get an array of equipped items. Go to the authors mod page for the latest version.
There are example scripts for:
Player and NPC undressing,
NPC only undressing
Player only undressing
Also there is a script for the spell that provides the NPC undressing functionality, this is essentially identical to all such spell scripts currently used by mods, I take no credit for its content.
There is also a tiny ESL flagged esp with the magiceffect and spell.
I have posted non-SKSE64 versions of the player and the player-plus-NPC scripts, there are no SKSE64 functions used in the NPC only script or the magiceffect script.
To use these scripts a modder can create a trigger box in their mod and attach one of the undressing scripts to it, the spell script is actually a s …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
