About this mod Machine translation

A small mod that allows your character to automatically use various idle animations. NOTE: I am not the creator of this mod, I just ported it to SE with permission from Phnx.

Requires at least v1.06.00 or better for working installation!

FNIS is required!

Animation not included!

What's this

Based on real players Idle this mod lets your character be selected automatically

Various idle animations randomly chosen by you. Allow 20

Different idle shuffles.

Install

Extract the contents of the archive into the data folder. Activate esp. (You've done it a million times, at least! XD)

important!

Put your favorite idle animations (e.g. pretty female idlers) into "Mesh/Actors/Characters/Animations/PlayRandomIdle" and name them

"PRI001.hkx" to "PRI020.hkx". Run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe. Finish.

Notice!

It's better to activate esp after Helgen.

I haven't tested the mod with less than 20 idles/hkx files in the folder.

I don't know what will happen if there are not enough files. things are possible

Get weird, T-poses, end of the world…

Upgrade/uninstall

Open the Play Random Idle menu and (important!) disable the mod. save. Exit the game and

  • (Uninstall) Delete esp and bsa files. Don't forget to delete the hkx file. (Just to clean up.)
  • (Upgrade) Install new files.

usage

Go to the Lesser Power menu and equip then activate the Lesser Power "Play

Random idle configuration "menu" should be "very obvious".

Notice!

When your character assumes a new idle pose, they will fall into that pose

Even while moving until you jump or draw your weapon/spell.

solve! (Thank you so much Aleanne!)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
