PerkUP Delux
This is an overhaul from oldrim and then from here. After seeing how flawed the ported version was, I painstakingly patched it up and gave it some new paint. Therefore, there are now some fixed perks that were not previously available in the job.

So you want the new balanced perks to be fully functional even with the proper mod description, right?
cheer up! - A comprehensive mod that adds tons of new perks, more perks (almost every 10 perks) and lots of perk fixes, all rolled into a modular and powerful effects pack!
Mod Manager Compatible! (Seems like anyone using that crap, uses Vortex or Mod Organizer 2)
So basically if you're the kind of person who wants a new perk tree system, but you feel like Presator or something else isn't doing it for you, PerkUp aims to overhaul the entire Skyrim perk system by increasing the number of perks. Rank them.
For example:
Voice Perks LVL.1: Time between calls reduced by 5%.
*
*
*
Voice Perks LVL.10: Time between shouts reduced by 50%.
With PerkUp, you'll probably never feel like there's nothing more to gain. (Unless like me, you cheat in everything so you can test the mod)
Because the mod adds many new perks (many of which are passive, like unmodified Skyrim), it is highly recommended to download some of the mods below (see the Recommended section).

This mod adds over 70 new perks to the game and modifies old ones, giving them multiple levels, resulting in nearly 2,000 new perks.
->No skill needs to be higher than 100. This maintains balance and reduces "grinding." (yeah...because 2000+ perks is really low at research level...that's why you'd want Skyrim Skill Uncapper)
->All perks are balanced and based on vanilla value. This mod will not give you +99999 weapons or make you a blacksmith/enchantment/alchemist god. (For that kind of thing, I recommend checking in cheat mode.)
-> More than 70 new perks added. Includes DragonSlayer, Unarmed Perks, Weapon Speed Perks, Weapon Profession Perks and more!!!
->For ordering and convenience (since I don't want to re-order perk trees myself), the two-handed tree has all the combat power against a variety of targets, and doesn't require any two-handed reps. Instead, perks like Dragon Slayer are available from the start, so you don't have to worry about training unused skill branches.
->Mage professional allowance for each magic school! Better mage armor, more mana regeneration perks. (If you don't have enough magic running through your veins... I could add a killer reason for regenerative potential if I asked.)
->All perks are valuable for the Skyrim gaming experience. There are no new spells or useless perks here. (Disclaimer: The usefulness of the bonus depends on your specific play style.)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
