~Perkapalooza!~
ultimate life experience
Perkapalooza is a massive perk overhaul that perfectly matches the standard vanilla experience. It builds on existing extras, adding new levels, so each extra tree feels like a familiar tree you know and love, while also adding new extra trees that feel like they should have been included all along. This focuses on character building, letting you stack your skills in areas that fit your character. As the spiritual successor to the great mods Uncapped Perks by Liberta and the legendary Uncapped Perks Perkapalooza by Sillumlt, it retains every vanilla perk and is as low maintenance as possible from a user perspective.
There's a tl;dr in the end if you don't care about the details. This mode is just as easy to use as the vanilla perk.

New ranks for old Parks
This mode increases the number of additional skills required to improve a skill, but also increases the maximum improvement. At level 100, several levels of perks open up. I always find that early in the tournament the prize money grows too quickly. This solves this problem and allows for more powerful endgame players.
For comparison, here are the Vanilla Armsman perk and the Perkapalooza Armsman Perk:
vanilla
Level 0 - 20% damage bonus of 1 point
Level 20 -40% one person bonus damage
Level 40 -60% first damage bonus
Level 60 - 80% first damage bonus
Level 80 - 100% first damage bonus
Pecapulosa
Level 0 -10% damage bonus of 1 point
Level 20 -15% damage bonus by 1 point
Level 35-20% 1 point damage bonus
50-30% one-time bonus at level one
Level 65-40% adds damage bonus to one person
Level 80 -50% damage bonus once
Level 90 -60% first damage bonus
Level 100 -75% first damage bonus
Level 100-90% first damage bonus
Level 100-110% one-time damage bonus
Level 100 - 130% first damage bonus
Level 100-150% damage bonus once
This sums up the general philosophy of Perkapalooza. In Vanilla Horizon, you have 5 extra Sorrows, while in Pecapulosa, you have 12 extra Awes.
New Perks
The mode also comes with a variety of new perks focused on character creation, ease of use of skills, or simply having fun. These perks are outlined in more detail below based on their respective skill trees. Highlights of some of the more exciting benefits are:
Second Wind - Reduces the cooldown between shouts (level 10)
Talent - Learn all skills faster (level 15)
Dark Demon - Attacks against sleeping targets will cause greater damage.
Marathon Runner - Increased movement speed (level 10)
Child's Play - Novice Destruction Spell Deals More Damage (Level 10)
Reputation - After defeating Alduin/Harkon/Miraak (level 3), the buying and selling price has increased.
and more catering to all types of preferences and games.
New way to receive PERK points
Perkapalooza increases the total number of available perks from 251 to a whopping 822 (plus or minus my math error). Obviously, this is an unrealistic change, using only the extra points gained from levels. Therefore, the Lock (Wealth) tree now includes the additional benefit of placing potions on bandits, citizens, undead, and dragons. I recommend taking advantage of these perks early on to prevent a frustratingly slow leveling experience.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
