FOREWARD

This mod was developed after the original Peregrine Highwatch was released in 2014, with the aim of incorporating most of the features found in Hearthfire, in addition to extending the original mod. However, due to concerns IRL, I stopped working on the project after about eight months and put it back on the back seat.

The decision to restart the project came after last year's holiday break, along with a series of rebuilt mods for the Hearthfire Pool and Hot Bath series; I started the second week of January, throwing out a lot of stuff, and trying to completely simplify the mods. Additionally, I've included new features that may be helpful to most players by taking full advantage of the many DLC assets.

Now that I've completed HFX four years later, I hope you'll find this mod meets many of your expectations, and more.

Save first! Before installing and using this mod, make sure you have created a game to ensure you are covered in case of any emergency.

Compatibility Please note that any other mod occupying the same external unit as Peregrine Highwatch may cause issues such as navigation conflicts resulting in CTD, object clipping with other people, or NPCs stopping midway.

Test Driven For Mod Organizer 2 users, I would also recommend creating a test profile, an exact copy of the main playback profile, to test this mod before introducing it to the main game.

Uninstall instructions

To uninstall this mod, first remove all items from the house, store them in the character, then play in any interior cell except Peregrine Highwatch, Underground Cave, or Nameless Fire, then exit Skyrim and deactivate this mod from your mod manager.

Place

The new Peregrine Highwatch is located near Honningbrew Meadery and White River Bridge. Just above White River Observation.

To buy a house, prepare 20,000 yuan. This is because I made the mod as a mid-game bonus and as a way to deposit large amounts of money that accumulated too quickly from level 1.

feature

This mod is designed to house and support the player character, along with his/her spouse, six adopted children (using Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions), five fans in their personal quarters (using EFF, AFT, or My Home is Your Home), and two more in an underground cavern.

Features include

All crafting workstations and staff enchantments (usually found in Tel Mithryn).

A complete storage cloud covering the entire property with the ability to access supplies and quickly dump them remotely anywhere on the property. There is also non-cloud non-resettable storage.

Two swimming pools and a bath with Frostfall supports. Automatic striping of followers is also included. There's no auto-striping for the player character, giving you more control over what you take off and then wear (i.e. a towel from Apachii's Divine Elegance Store).

Multiple bookshelves for storing collected papers and documents.

Stand displaying weapons and shields.

Four armor dummies store and display valuable armor.

There are 30 plantations in and around the manor, where a variety of food and alchemical ingredients are grown, including greenhouses.

Some objects in the house are interactive and can be used for various purposes.

Special storage for select unique items.

The cave includes the following:

The agricultural growers mentioned earlier.

Wheat mill produces flour.

The hive collects honey.

A fishing rod that uses captured eggs to grow fish.

An underground passage from the manor's cave to the exit south-southwest of Ivarstead. Note that this dungeon route - which resets periodically - also serves as a "danger space" for combat practice.
