Penitus Oculatus

By order of the Emperor, these two twin sisters from Penitus Oculatus are on a mission to observe the Dragonborn. Why? Does the existence of the Dragonborn threaten the stability of the throne? Or maybe this is the beginning of a larger origin, for Dragon Nest to finally take back the throne and don the mantle of the Emperor. The choice is yours.

These agents of the Emperor are the true daughters of Skyrim. One sister is a proven ranger, the other a battle monk. Both companions have starting vanilla equipment. They had made their way to the large city of Whiterun, where rumors of dragons had spread. You'll find them in the Temple of Kynareth.

Glyda and Sigunn were born in the northern part of the Skyrim region, so the "North" suffix was appropriately added. Stories of their Norse legends spread among the Imperial armies. However, the two sisters are forged from a turbulent past. Orphaned as children after their parents were murdered by a band of roving Winterhold bandits, Talos' favor gave them a new family before they were adopted by an Imperial couple on a trading excursion to the infamous Academy of Winterhold. When the family returned to Cyrodiil, they were raised to focus on the values of the Empire. At the age of 18, they joined the Imperial Army and demonstrated their proficiency in combat. They then managed to climb the ranks of the Imperial Army, becoming one of the few to compete in the coveted Penitus Oculatus.
