The cabin is located north of Windhelm, not far from the Snow Veil Sanctum. You can quickly go there immediately after installation. Install:
Download and install via Vortex Mod Manager or download the archive manually, copy and delete the ESP file into the Data folder and make sure the plugin is activated.
