The shawl is suitable for all races, but the mask is not suitable for Khajiit or Argonians, so they cannot wear it.
She's not 100% accurate but I'm not amazing at 3D modeling or texturing so this is the best I can do. Also - the design of the cape goes with the fur armor - which looks closest to her outfit in Paragon - and the mage robes. It may work with other armor or clothing, but some like Thieves Guild or Iron Armor, for example you'll get shoulder pads clip-ons and so on.
Her dagger is just Nettle, I just renamed it.

She's carrying a spare copy of the normal mask & shawl but the other variations you have to craft yourself. She's located by the guardian stones near Riverwood. The shawl works for all races but the mask doesn't fit Khajiit or Argonians so they can't wear it.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
