Orki's Sanctuary - Lair of the Atmospheric Necromancer

Added an atmospheric, spell-themed player home on the hill near Greymoor Castle.

"In the hills near Castle Greymore, just off the road, there is a small passage. What lies behind though is much more than a cave, but a place where dark forces are undisturbed."

Orkey's Sanctuary is designed to fill in the gaps regarding the homes of necromancers and/or dark wizards without going overboard, making it simple enough to be convenient.

The previous inhabitants seemed to have met an unfortunate end, so it stood empty, waiting for a new owner to call it their own.

Orkey's Refuge aims to fill a void regarding homes befitting of Necromancers and/or dark Sorcerers while simultaneously not going overboard, keeping it simple enough to be convenient.
