This is a single texture mod, for the falling leaves you can see in Riften. It was created based on Skyrim 3D Trees, but I think any kind of plant could look great. It should blend well, especially with the stunning Noble rustic wood texture.
The leaves are incredibly realistic, and the ugly seams of Bethesda's poor UV mapping are nearly invisible.
Available resolutions: 4096x4096 pixels, 2048 x 2048 pixels and 1024 x 1024 pixels
Update: Included vanilla meshes so they point to corresponding normal maps
