About this mod Machine translation

(ORFP) This will replace farmhouses, inns, mills and wooden walkways with optional versions of tall poly columns, making them appear rounder than the octagonal vanilla version.

describe

-----------

I made this mod because I always hated low poly 8 sided columns.

It looks pretty good to me now so I can share my version with the SE community.

This model uses high quality rope from Brumbek SMIM.

However, this mod is not required as ORFP is standalone.

The new shoes fit snugly into the SMIM cords, making them look good.

Install

------------

This is just a grid replacer and doesn't use scripts or plugins, so it can be installed - and uninstalled - at any time.

Download and use the mod manager of your choice, or extract directly to your DATA folder.

compatibility

-------------

If you use SMIM, use OFRP coverage for a full ~ fully compatible replacement.

For others, there is a slight downside; but your choice depends on your load order.

If you use "no snow under the roof" then those snowy grids won't be touched.

It is compatible. But you loosened the round posts and ropes under the snow. Do not override NSUTR.

Obviously any other mod that changes the farmhouse grid will conflict, but won't crash your game.

License and Credit

-----------------------

I share this with the Skyrim community. May not be used for any financial gain.

As it involves the work of other modders, it is intended for your personal use only.

Thank you to Bethesda for this game of Invasion of Life, and to the community for completing Invasion. Couldn't do it without you!

Thanks to Brumbek for allowing the use of his excellent work.

By the way, you should also consider Brumbek's SMIM (Static Mesh Improvement Mod). This is a necessity.

Special thanks to Thunderchild_PdP for his help and assistance with the grid.

DESCRIPTION

-----------

I made this mod because I have always detested the low poly 8-sided posts.

To me, it now looks OK, so I can share my version with the SE community.

This mod uses the very high quality ropes of the SMIM by Brumbek.

However, that mod is not a requirement, because the ORFP is standalone.

The new posts fit snugly inside the SMIM ropes, making them look good.

INSTALLATION

------------

This is just a mesh replacer, uses no scripts or plugins, so OK to install-uninstall anytime.

Download and use the mod manager of your choice, or unpack directly to your DATA folder.

COMPATIBILITY

-------------

If you use SMIM, overwrite all with OFRP ~ fully compatible replace.

For others, there is a little downside; but the choice is yours, depending on your load order.

If you use "No Snow Under The Roof", then those Snow-capped meshes are NOT touched.

It is compatible. but you loose the round posts and ropes under the snow, however. Do not overwrite NSUTR.

Obviously, any other mod that changes the meshes of the Farmhouses, will conflict, but will not crash your game.

PERMISSIONS and CREDITS

-----------------------

I share this with the Skyrim community. Not to be used for financial gain, whatsoever.

Because other mod authors' work is involved, it is for your personal use only.

Thanks to Bethesda for this life-invading game, and & community for completing the invasion. Couldn't have done it without you!

Thanks to Brumbek for allowing the use of his excellent work.

By the way, you should also consider Brumbek's SMIM (Static Mesh Improvement Mod). It is a neccesity.

Special thanks to Thunderchild_PdP for his help and assistance on the meshes.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
