About this mod Machine translation
A hotfix for people who want to use the watercolor plugin in Realistic Water 2 when using Obsidian Weather.
In the long run, I have always believed that Obsidian Weather is the best weather model on the SSE. However, you will "disable" the mod changes from the watercolor's mod, specifically for RWT2 Watercolor.
This happens because obsidian weather.esp changes the water coefficient value and turns the water black regardless of the load order.
I changed these values back to vanilla so now you can use the watercolor mod and actually see the difference.
Disclaimer: Please make sure to place this patch after all other patches where you have Obsidian (near the bottom of the load order).
The most important mod to cover is the "Obsidian True Storm" patch, which contains Obsidian's water multiplier.

I always thought Obsidian Weathers was the best weather mod for SSE by a long shot. However the mod "disabled" changes you'd get from watercolor mods, specifically for RWT2 Watercolor.
The reason this happens is because Obsidian Weathers.esp changes water multiplier values and makes the water dark no matter the load order.
I reversed those values back to vanilla so now you can use watercolor mods and actually see a difference.
Disclaimer: make sure to place this patch AFTER all other patches you have for Obsidian (towards the bottom of your load order).
The most important mod to override is the Obsidian-True Storms patch which contains water multiplier values from Obsidian.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
