About this mod Machine translation

You become invisible to people and no one bats an eyelid...well, not anymore! With nearly 300+ custom voice reactions, NPCs can now react to people who disappear and those who appear in front of them. Immerse yourself!

Chinese guide:

-NPC reacts to invisibility-

Similar to how NPCs react to necromancy, I bring you another fun mode to bring more life to your skies. Enjoy having more dynamic NPCs that react to what's going on around them, this time invisible! This idea came from the community so whoever came up with it deserves credit, I love it and it's fun to see the NPCs react authentically to it :)

Features:

-About 300 new voiced reactions, spliced from the vanilla line.

  • Only meaningful NPCs will react (no surprise to mages or people familiar with illusions)
  • Mod does not edit individual normal records, so... compatible with everything. Yes, this includes other stealth modes.
  • ESL and security installed in the game.

Thank you all! Your support means so much!

  • ESL tag? Is mid-game installation safe?

Yes. Yes. yes. plug. Agree. Sim. Evet. Naan. ocean. Tucker. Da. Igen. Or in ordinary language: "Of course. How can I argue with that?"

-If I drink the invisibility potion, will the NPC react?

Yes, they will. Anything that makes you invisible will cause nearby NPCs to react differently.

-Will mages familiar with invisibility react?

Most mages will have no reaction because they have seen or heard of this spell before. If you cast a spell near Drevis, he may congratulate you. Some mages might be scared, but they shouldn't say "Damn mages!" or anything like that lol.

-This is a fairly niche mod. I'm almost never invisible!

That may be the case! However, this mod is so light that it basically "sleeps" all the time unless you're invisible now, so there's no reason not to keep it in there. Maybe one day you discovered an invisibility potion on your travels and decided to give it a try. With 300 different reactions, there are tons of fun situations to discover, and nothing breaks the immersion more than an NPC not reacting to what's going on around them!

-Jay, when are you going to let the companion missions expand? ! ! ! ! ! Stop releasing other shit and do what I want! ! !

*disappears* Uh...unfortunately, I'm busy with the ATM stuff...no plans for a big mission expansion at the moment :(

-Where does the inspiration for your mods come from? ...Skoma import stuff, for the last time...seriously: the idea of invisibility came from one of you. I can never find that person again, but thanks for the advice, I love it and it works great!

-Is "NPC Reaction to X" a mod series that you plan to expand in the future?

Maybe! Do you want these? If you have some cool ideas, I might make them come true. Fairy Godmother style.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
