There is just a small settlement on the wreck - the aptly named Crown Petone.
Admittedly, there's not much to do here. Some NPCs have dialogue, one is a merchant and another is a heavy armor follower you can hire for 250 gold.
Merchant Basks-in-Laconism are working all day long and if you have items to steal, they will buy them. He had enough coins to barter and sell various items.
The mercenary Smites-And-Slashes will follow you after you pay, and has some interesting traits - he wears a ring that teleports the player when equipped, in case he gets lost; and he can heal the player through dialogue if their health drops below around 75% (about the time the screen turns red). This treatment will replenish health, stamina, and magic.
And, last but not least, a confused yellow Argonian can give you a random item every day if you interrupt her talking.
Other NPCs don't care about you. Everyone here is important, including Spotty.
You can find all the crafting workstations scattered around this settlement (Smelting, Tanning, Cooking, Blacksmithing, Armor Workbench, Sharpening, Charming, Alchemy, Firewood), sleep on one of the beds, and collect free meals and drinks from here. Pots and barrels respectively.
All containers here are owned by the custom faction and will receive RESETAWN. Nothing is safe!

This healing will replenish health, stamina and magicka.
And, last but not least, a bewildered yellow Argonian can give you a random item once a day if you bother talking to her.
The other NPCs don't care about you. Everyone here is essential, including Spotty.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
