This mod turns Nightgate Inn into a village ruled by Hadryn.
This is a complete redo of my older version made from scratch. This mod elevates Hadrin to Tarn, provides him with a wife and son/family, Kal, and defends the village for him. This village also now has a merchant you can stop to trade with.
Guards will defend against Stormcloak or Imperial depending on who holds the Pale. There are two versions of the MOD, one of which changes the Imperial Army's uniforms when they turn pale, and the other keeps the old uniforms.

This is a complete redo of an older mod of mine remade from scratch. This mod promotes Hadring to Thane, provides him with a wife and son/housecarl and guards to defend the village. This village now also has a merchant you can stop by and trade with.
The guards will defend against Stormcloaks or Imperials depending on who holds the Pale. And there are two versions of the mod one of which has them switch uniform if Imperials take the pale and the other version where they keep there old uniforms.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
