About this mod Machine translation
Mara's Respite is a customizable, absolutely player-friendly game located right outside of Riften. Perfect for solo adventurers, those looking for places to go with that special someone, or even those who prefer group travel.
Mara's Respite is a small house originally built by the Temple of Mara as a honeymoon destination for newlyweds. This is a honeymoon destination for those with a minimum budget. Unfortunately, the outbreak of civil war led to a sharp decline in the number of weddings performed in temples. The house remained unused until Malamar decided to sell it to raise funds to help those affected by the war.
You can get the key to Mara's Respite at the Temple of Mara for 8000 gold coins. Once your home is your home, you can upgrade it as often as you like. You just need some building materials, all of which can be obtained/produced around the hotel. But please note that building upgrades takes time. So if you're using the mods that make Skyrim a survival game (iNeed, Frostfall, etc.), you may want to adjust your mod settings, as these upgrades can take up to 24 game hours.
Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions Compatibility: In order for a house to be compatible with the Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions mod, you must expand the main house and build the Hearthfire upgrade.
feature:
Room for up to 4 fans (note: if you built the Hearthfire upgrade, you can only accommodate 2 fans)
Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions Compatible
Horse Stable (horses should spawn in their stables when you fast travel to your home)

Underground spring adopts automatic stripping
Switchable fire scene

to their designated place).

Armored bench

compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with most mods as long as they don't modify the same cell as Mara's Respite or Mara's Temple.
Installation requirements:
Official Hearthfire DLC
Official Dawnguard DLC
Official Dragonborn DLC
Author's note:
If you have any suggestions on how I can improve this mod, please let me know. I'm specifically wondering if the materials required to build upgrades should be modified (i.e. more materials, different materials, etc...). I would also be interested to know if you think the bookshelves in the first floor showroom should be removed and replaced with other monitors.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
