About this mod Machine translation
This mode just edits the height data for some races.
This mode just edits some character height competition data.
Important: no matter which game you choose, the camera height will be the same if you're in first person.
I'm playing an Imperial male whose base height is 1, so all character heights are for optimal work when working as either an Imperial or Dunmer male. That's because they were the only two race and gender combinations that didn't change the pattern.
It's also easy to change the height data yourself using SSEEdit.
The mod also works when installed during playback, but if you notice that certain NPCs are not changing height, you can use the console to disable/re-enable them, which will force the height change to show up.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
