This small estate is located to the west of the village of Shorestone. There are 6 options: Collector's House, Hunter's House, Wizard's House, Family House, Gardener's House and Cabin. After completing the "Author's Letter" mission, the manor will become available to the player, and the player can choose 1 of 6 options. To begin this quest, players need to find the author's letter in a city tavern. Selecting the available manors after completing the quest depends on which tavern you found the letter in.

Homestead selection

• Collector's house. This manor option is for those who like to collect armor, weapons and other things that can be found in Skyrim. In this option there are 40 mannequins for various breastplates, armor and any other robes, as well as 125 shelves and 5 racks for various weapons and many different containers on which you can store all your items.

-The Hunter family. This option is suitable for those who enjoy hunting a variety of creatures that can be found within and outside the province. Within this estate, there are a number of creature trophies that can be found in and under Skyside's vast lands.

-The Wizard's House. This estate is suitable for a magician, wizard or alchemist. In this option there are: a mystical enchantment, an alchemical laboratory, staff enchantment, and - a lot of containers, everything you need for enchantment and alchemy. Additionally, there is a small library where you can store all your books, scrolls, recipes and spells.

-Family residence. This estate option is suitable for those with families or married people. This option has everything you need for your kids and your life partner: a sleeping wing, a kitchen, and a tower you can climb and enjoy all the beauty of Skyrim.

-Gardener's House. This option is suitable for alchemists or gardeners. The estate has three greenhouses where you can harvest and grow just about anything you want, no matter the cold weather on the horizon.

-cabin. This small hut is perfect for those who don't like large buildings and prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the problems of the countryside. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

How to start a mission:

Find author's notes in city taverns: Windhelm, Riften, Markarth, Whiterun, Solitade, Falkreath.
