Edited Silver-Blood Family Ring to make it more useful.
This mod changes the effect of the Silver-Blood Family ring, making it more useful and available in several flavors;
V1: 25% Enhanced Forge (up from 15% vanilla), gives all weapons the silver weapon effect (+20 damage to undead), and reduces the cost of shouts by 20% (same as Talu Amulet, seeing as Silver Blood is a Stormcloak supporter). The ring can never disappear again.
V2: As V1, but with the Talos Talos effect (reduces shouting cost by 20%) replacing the Dibella Talisman effect (increases Speech skill by 15 points), it's impactful to see Markarth presiding over the Temple of Dibella and Silver-Bloods.
V3: As V2, also has 15% enhanced barter effect.
V4: As V3, but the silver weapon effect is removed.
Regarding the 'Silver Weapon Effect', this adds a new magic effect called 'Silver Aura'. On gear, the ring adds a new perk to the player, which increases weapon damage against werewolves, vampires, and undead by 20 points if the player has the Silver Aura effect applied, unless the weapon held is made of silver (in which case it will be the normal Silver perk from vanilla Skyrim. Without this perk, Silver The Aura effect doesn't work, it's basically a dummy used for display and reference purposes. Like Vanilla Skyrim's SilverPerk, this perk will never be removed by mods, but is written in such a way that it doesn't cause any issues as far as I know.
Thanks to Rasxko for asking for help on the forum.

This mod changes the effects of the Silver-Blood Family ring to make it more useful, coming in several flavours;
V1: 25% fortify smithing (up from 15% vanilla), gives all weapons the silver weapon effect (+20 damage to undead) when equipped and reduce shout costs by 20% (same as Amulet of Talos, seeing as Silver-Bloods are Stormcloak supporters). The ring can no longer be disenchanted.
V2: As V1, but Talos amulet effect (reduce shout costs by 20%) replaced with Dibella amulet effect (Increase Speech skill by 15 points), seeing as Markarth hosts the temple of Dibella and Silver-Bloods are influential.
V3: As V2, but also has a 15% fortify barter effect.
V4: As V3, but the Silver weapon effect is removed.
Regarding the 'silver weapon effect', this adds a new magic effect called "Silver Aura". On equip the ring adds a new perk to the player which, if the player has the Silver Aura effect applied, increases weapon damage against werewolves, vampires and undead by 20pts unless the held weapon is made from silver (in which case it'll be dealt with by the normal Silver perk from vanilla skyrim). The Silver Aura effect doesn't do anything without this perk, it's basically a dummy for display and reference purposes. As with the SilverPerk from vanilla skyrim, this perk is never removed by the mod, but by how its written that shouldn't cause any issues as far as I know.
Thanks to Rasikko forums for help with this.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
