I had to wonder where the burned trees were. All trees are the same color. While I'm sure a lot of work will go into the trees to make them move and such, I feel like Bethesda sold Skyrim short on its lack of interesting foliage. I was tired of covering the whole place with replicated plants and trees, so I decided to try reworking them for my own enjoyment. More Colorful Trees Add new colors to vanilla trees using vanilla meshes with changing textures, giving stencils a greater variety of colors. They do not change any trees in the game and are independent. I'm considering recoloring these trees for my mod, but I decided to share these because I'm very happy with (most of) the results. I did find that some of the colors didn't match the filenames. If it bothers you, change them. All I ask is your trust.
Note that not a single snowy tree or shrub has been recolored. I don't think you'll see a difference in color anyway.
Included in version 1.0:
Each Aspen tree (1-6) comes in 18 colors
Each pine tree (1-5) has 6 colors
2 different autumn forest shrubs in 13 colors
3 different pine shrubs in 7 colors
2 different Reach scrubs in 7 colors
3 different Tundra scrubs in 10 colors
10 different tundra shrubs in 9 different colors
2 edited tundra shrub nets
Vine maple in 16 colors
3 different yellow shrubs in 10 colors
There is a tree of each color on the road from Whiterun to the Western Lookout Tower.
This is a resource for modders, but please do not upload my esp to any other website or use it as the basis for a mod.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
