This mod brings the legendary moon and star rings from Morrowind to Skyrim. During the events of TES III: Morrowind, Nerevarine used the power of the ring to unite the great houses of Morrowind against Dagoth Ur. The ring has a unique enchantment similar to Morrowind, except with some more powerful additional effects.

This mod adds a new ring called Moon and Star to the world of Skyrim. The ring features a unique mesh and textures sourced from PrivateEye's modders resource. The ring has a unique enchantment that increases your Speech skill by 45%, your Speech skill by 20%, the time between shouts is reduced by 20%, and you can always succeed on a Persuasion check. In typical Morrowloot fashion, there's nothing involved just go out and explore and you'll eventually find the ring. In TES III: Morrowind, Nerevarine uses the power of the ring to unite the great houses of Morrowind against Dagoth Ur. Sadly, you can't use the ring to unite the Empire and Tempest against dragons in the same way. That would be really cool though.

This mod adds a new ring by the name of Moon and Star to the world of Skyrim.  The ring has a unique mesh and texture from PrivateEye's modders resource here.  The ring has a unique enchantment on it that increases your speech skill by 45%, your speech skill levels 20% faster, time between shouts is reduced by 20%, and you will always succeed at persuasion checks.  In typical Morrowloot fashion there is no quest involved just go out and explore, you will find the ring eventually.  In TES III: Morrowind the Nerevarine used the rings power to unite the great houses of Morrowind to fight against Dagoth Ur.  Sadly you cannot use the ring in the same way to unite the Imperials and the Stormcloaks against the dragons.  Though that would be really cool.
