The mod is divided into 3 parts. NPCRace adds playable NPC Race to the game.
NPCReplace mass-replaces (almost) all characters with NPCs.

Install
Extract Skyrim76v1.2.zip into your Skyrim Data folder and activate the ESP file you want to use.
Skyrim76 is not compatible with Alternate Start and requires a new SAVE GAME FILE to work properly. You must start a new game to use this mod.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
