Since enb is based on Rudys ENB for SE, there are unused enbseries.ini entries such as depth of field or image-based lighting. But they have no impact on performance and can be ignored since enb VR does not support them and does not calculate them.
All effects supported by enb VR can be adjusted through the in-game enb GUI. (Shift+Enter)

I know the solution.
- ENB helper program. I'm not sure how to make it work but someone told me

It requires you to leave VRIK at a full VR scale of 70
However (and never use calibrated power):
Using a VRscale value of 70:
ENB Assistant can't solve the problem for me.
Since I can't make a patch on my own calibrated vrScale, I tried test #3 using ENB_time_of_day_fix.esp and vrscale 70.
At least for selfies, it's worth it :)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
