After years of this and being kept inside and shut away from the world Ko'dar finally worked up the courage to say "no more!" he stole the bow the old man had for hunting and managed to kill him. knowing he couldn't stick around anymore he stole what he could and stowed away on a ship not knowing where it would end up. This is how he found himself to be in Windhelm and taking shelter in the New Gnisis Corner Club.
