Miraak-Dragon Follower SE

This is a port of the brilliant simulation Miraak-Dragonborn Followers from Oldrim, made by transientfaith.

Well, first of all, this is a temporary channel's Oldrim mod, a port of Miraak - Dragonborn Follower. All credit goes to transientfaith. I ported this mod to SE because although there is already a version of this mod on SE, it is a modified version and I thought some people might just want the original version. The author of the original mod lists favorable permissions. Anyway, here's a short description about the mod, if you want a longer description, follow the link above to read all about it and while you're there go ahead and endorse his mod.

Require:

latest skyrim patch

Dragonborn DLC

Optional: SkyUI for its Mod Configuration Menu (MCM)

MCM does work.

Overcome Hermaeus' thugs with Miraak, but not kill Miraak, or whatever kills him. lol

Milak can get married.

Milak is totally VOICED and uses his shouts.

Milak can teach you a new summon to summon his three dragons!

Install:

Using Mod Manager: Just click the "Download with Manager" button.

How to use/walkthrough:

Enter the final mission of Dragonborn's main quest line.

You'll get an optional objective: use the full Bend Will Shout multiple times on Miraak. Successfully hitting him with Bend Will means your Shout will recharge in 30 seconds (three bends would normally take 120 seconds). Bend Will will continue to function even if he has a ward, but he'll still continue to function when he's ethereal. After a few shouts, Miraak will fail.

You need to hit him with Shout multiple times. Miraak won't counter or even move at this point. Successfully hitting him with Bend Will during this stage will recharge your Shout faster.

He will become your ally and the two of you must defeat several waves of enemies that Hermaeus Mora will send at you. If you kill an enemy here, their items will be automatically removed and placed into a special chest.

After defeating all enemies and some dialogue, talk to Miraak. He will then disappear and the aforementioned chest will appear. The chest will also have Miraak's gear and bonuses, depending on how many dragon souls you'd get if you killed Miraak using the vanilla version of the quest.

After 24 Skyrim hours have passed, you will receive a message telling you to sleep in Raven Rock.

Go to The Retching Netch or Severin Manor to sleep. It doesn't matter how long.

A task mark should appear. Follow it to the Temple of Miraak.

You should now see your new follower Miraak, a camp, and two friendly cultists you can recruit as well.

I haven't included those instructions here because recruiting him after killing him is not something I've tested.
