Rebalancing Shouts makes them more useful to players without making them overly powerful.
Introduction
------------------------------
MIDSM is an improved version of Dragon's Cry by Black714, which is itself a modification and port. Ozram's improved dragon cry combined with RockJB's better fire tools. Given that these users haven't been active in quite some time (6, 16, and 8 months since writing this post), and their mods haven't been updated for much longer, I thought I'd try to fix one of my favorite mods. Changes include updating it to 44 format, removing ITM records, and generally just rebalancing a few shouts.

Note: Unchanged values do not have a "post" number.
animal allegiance
NOTE: The vanilla version of this shout does not actually affect trolls. If you want this feature, be sure to download the optional file which provides the ActorTypeProperties keyword for all trolls! Not compatible with any mods that directly affect troll statistics.
Level 1: Radius: 75 ft -> 150 ft, Duration: 30 sec -> 120 sec, Max Level: 20, Cooldown: 50 sec -> 30 sec.
Level 2: Radius: 150 feet -> 300 feet, Duration: 45 seconds -> 150 seconds, Maximum level: 20 -> 30, Cooldown: 60 seconds -> 50 seconds.
Level 3: Radius: 250 feet -> 500 feet, Duration: 60 seconds -> 180 seconds, Maximum level: 20 -> 40, Cooldown: 70 seconds.
A cry of desperate need. Greatly increases its duration, slightly increases its level range, and slightly reduces its cooldown.
halo language
Level 1: Radius: 500 feet, Duration: 10 seconds, Cooldown: 30 seconds -> 20 seconds
Level 2: Radius: 500 feet, Duration: 20 seconds -> 15 seconds, Cooldown: 40 seconds -> 25 seconds.
Level 3: Radius: 500 feet, Duration: 30 seconds -> 20 seconds, Cooldown: 50 seconds -> 30 seconds.
Honestly, knowing where the enemies are doesn't help much in Skyrim. Increased duration and reduced cooldown.
fighting commotion
Level 1: Ally Swing Speed: 1.3x->1.4x, Radius: 25 feet, Duration: 60 seconds, Cooldown: 20 seconds->15 seconds.
Level 2: Ally Swing Speed: 1.5x->1.7x, Radius: 25 feet, Duration: 120 seconds->90 seconds, Cooldown: 30 seconds->20 seconds.
Level 3: Ally Swing Speed: 1.7x->2.0x, Radius: 25 feet, Duration: 180 seconds->120 seconds, Cooldown: 40 seconds->25 seconds.
A unique cry limited by the few allies you have at any given time. There are lovers of generosity everywhere.
become nothing
Level 1: Duration: 8 seconds -> 10 seconds, cooldown: 20 seconds
Level 2: Duration: 13 seconds -> 15 seconds, cooling time: 30 seconds
Level 3: Duration: 18 seconds -> 20 seconds, cooldown: 40 seconds
A very powerful shout. Increase the time slightly for more skydiving fun.
bend will
Level 1: Cooldown: 10 seconds
Level 2: Cooling time: 90 seconds->60 seconds
Level 3: Cooling time: 120 seconds->90 seconds
A big shout, but annoying if you miss it. Reduce cooldown time.
called dragon
Level 1: Cooldown: 5 seconds
Level 2: Cooldown: 5 seconds
Level 3: Cooling time: 300 seconds->180 seconds
Having a pet dragon is cool, but it's not worth going a full 5 minutes without screaming. Reduce cooldown time.
Call to Valor
Level 1: Duration: 60 seconds->180 seconds, Cooling time: 180 seconds->120 seconds
Level 2: Duration: 60 seconds->180 seconds, Cooling time: 180 seconds->120 seconds
Level 3: Duration: 60 seconds->180 seconds, Cooling time: 180 seconds->120 seconds
Some of these three heroes - they can barely sustain their abilities. The cooldown was greatly reduced, the duration was greatly increased, and their weapons were changed to Dragon Bones.
Clear
No need to change.
cyclone
Level 1: Damage: 50->80, Radius: 15 feet, Cooldown: 30 seconds
Level 2: Damage: 75->160, Radius: 20 feet, Cooldown: 45 seconds
Level 3: Damage: 100->240, Radius: 25 feet, Cooldown: 60 seconds
Funny and funny shout out. I admit that this sentence may be a bit contrived, but by the time you hear the third word, you may already be a god. Increased damage.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
