Here is a MOD port of OGERBOSS (rehosted for SSE with their generous permission):
See that page for detailed instructions, I just ported it to SSE in a loose file format.
I have tested many mods and all official extensions and found no outstanding issues, this works out of the box.
However, I recommend against trying to do the following:
- Used with any mods that affect the same functionality that does similar things, they will conflict.
- You may want to install mid-game, especially if you have a bunch of MODs, the loading message appears at the beginning of the game, which may cause rare CTDs from so many loading at once if your game has been heavily modified. It can be removed at any time without any problems.
- This can be repackaged back to a BSA suitable for SkyRIM SE, but do not attempt to convert it to an ESL or ESP with the ESL flag to reduce load orders. Trying both will result in a broken script.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
