Adds a Minotaur follower, which can be found at the beginning of Beyond Skyrim - Journey to Bruma.

Start playing Beyond Skyrim: Bruma. How about spending time with a minotaur retinue during a visit to Cyrodiil?

Matti, the friendly Minotaur, can often be found admiring the Sentinel statue near Snowstone Rest.

Cyrodiil Minotaur

The Minotaur is a beast-man of Cyrodiil, the body of a man and the head of a bull. They are extremely aggressive and often attack ordinary people in the forest.

Once upon a time, the Minotaur was no longer the animal it is today. Belharza was one of the original Minotaurs and became Emperor of Cyrodiil after the death of his mother Queen Alessia. His father is the demigod of Monihouse Keynes.

Marty the Friendly Minotaur

Marty never felt like a regular Minotaur. Indeed, he is a ferocious sword fighter, always ready to fight with his faithful blue glass sword. However, he is considered a savage monster who attacks everyone. On the contrary, Marty has always been fascinated by people, their cities and cultures. He made multiple attempts to have some kind of interaction with them. But when people see him, their first reaction is always to run, scream, or attack. So for years Matti has been lurking in the shadows around town, maybe helping the good guys out by killing bandits and thieves around town.

One day, his life changes when he finds a dead businessman killed by bandits on the roadside. Businessman wearing amulet. For merchants, this is just a way to make the price more suitable. But things changed when the Minotaur placed the amulet around his neck. Suddenly, this kind beast can speak.

Eventually Matti can understand the world better and one day even visit the Imperial City.

Minotaur meshes and textures are part of this huge addition to Skyrim. The original character modeler is Viltuska.

I changed the textures and mesh to make Matti more unique. If anyone wants to use any resource, they are free to do so. Start by checking the conditions from the Beyond Skyrim Bruma page.

Minotaurs of Cyrodiil

Minotaurs are beastfolk native to Cyrodiil with a body of a man and head of a bull. They are highly aggressive and often attacking common folk in forests.

Once upon a time minotaurs were not the animals they now are. One of the earliest known minotaurs was Belharza who became emperor of Cyrodiil after his mother Empress Alessia died. His father was demigod Morihaus-Breath-Of-Kyne.

Matti never felt himself like a normal minotaur. True that he was a fierce sword fighter and could always hold his own in combat with his faithful blue glass sword. However he was assumed to be this savage monster attacking everyone. Instead Matti was always extremely intrigued by people, their cities and culture. He tried many times to have some kind of interaction with them. However when folk saw him their first reaction always was to run and scream or attack. So for years Matti was lurking in the shadows near towns and maybe helping the good folk by killing some bandits and thieves while around.

His life changed in one day when he found dead merchant killed by bandits by the road. Merchant was wearing an amulet of articulation. For a merchant it had been just a way to make prices more suitable. But when minotaur put the amulet around his neck something changed. Suddenly this kind-hearted beast could speak.

Finally Matti could get to know the world better and maybe one day even visit the Imperial City.
